By purchasing a logo online from us, you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions.
We will generally commence your design work within 48 hours of your payment being process. This could be less, but given we are not available on weekends and public holidays, 48 hours in considered normal.
From commencement of work we aim to deliver the first round of concepts, within 3-4 working days from receiving your design brief. This could vary depending on the complexity of your request.
Your first round logo concepts will be created by the number of professional designers listed in your design package. We wait until all designers have completed their concepts, before delivery.
Our aim is to create a logo that you will love. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your concept designs, you can request another round, explaining the reasons why you are not happy.
If you are still not completely happy, we can continue with the revisions or you can request your money back, according to our Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason we are unable to complete your logo, a full refund will be provided.
We reserve the right to change and update this purchase agreement at any time without notification.
